My new weekly schedule (intensive IELTS)

Hello everyone!Happy valentines day!!!

So,  My days are busy a lot!

Hence, I am preparing for an interview ( Interview) and studying English in preparation for the IELTS. But finally, I am here! I am taking time to write a new post that I promised about my new weekly schedule! If you don't need IELTS, you can read this post about My english study.

So, let's dive into the new schedule!

How I am studying each skill in the weekly schedule:

Reading IELTS

I started to practice the three sections 'reading IELTS' and doing it in the test's time limit (50 min). After, I try to understand my errors, and the words I don’t understand I put on my Ankidroid app.

I am using this book: Cambridge Ielts 9 Student's Book  and  IELTS 16 Academic .

Reading every day:

I read every day, like news (News). If you are preparing for IELTS, reading news is important, to improve your vocabulary and to learn about various themes, such as science, technology, business, etc.

Vocabulary/Pronounce

For unfamiliar words in the reading, utilize the Ankidroid app link to create flashcards with translations into your language or or you can just put the synonyms of the words you already know in English. This app helps me to practice and memorize. Another app spectacular is Key English IELTS vocabulary the way to practice vocabulary in this App, the words have to be learned in the sentence by multiple aspects: definitions, spelling, synonyms. You can track your progress also.

Listening

I listen to conversations, lectures, podcasts etc., and sometimes I try to write exactly what they say.

I started to practice the four sections of 'listening IELTS' and doing it in the time of the test (30 min). After, I try to understand my mistakes.

I am using this book: Cambridge Ielts 9 Student's Book  and  IELTS 16 Academic.

IELTS tips

I use websites (such as IELTS Liz ), books IELTS (e.g: The official Cambridge Guide to IELTS) to get tips and practice the IELTS test.

There are many tips about skills (listening, speaking, and reading) IELTS on the internet: MATERIALS  and Complete 11 hour course ielts

Speaking

I practice my speaking with IELTS questions. I record my voice and I listen it to correct me. I also practice with my husband IELTS questions while we workout (speaking 1, 2 and 3).

Materials > Speaking 1, speaking 2 and speaking 3. Ps: Charles is my chapGPT, you can talk with him

Writing

I write about themes that are common in both sections, section 1 and section 2 of IELTS, when I finish I see the example of an assay with grade 8/9 and I rewrite my essay with the same theme trying to improve my text.I review it with my husband and ChatGPT. I did tables to follow up on my growth. I will post about this. ;)

My blog helps a lot to improve my writing.

Conversation
