Why This Website is the Best Free Platform to Practice for the IELTS Test!

 

Hey everyone! How are your English studies going?

Well, I’m here today because I found an amazing website, and I think it’s the best free platform to practice for the IELTS test. But why do I think it’s the best? Let me explain. I love how the layout is very similar to the actual computer-based IELTS test.

First of all, it offers a variety of tests covering listening, reading, writing, and speaking for you to practice (Fig. 1).

Second: What I enjoyed the most is that you can take the test in parts or as a full test (Fig. 2). Additionally, you can choose between practice mode and simulation test mode (Fig. 3).

Third: The correction system is incredible because the explanations are detailed (fig 4 and 5). For listening and reading, they provide a score along with reviews and explanations. In the reading test explanations, you can see key and similar words in both the questions and the passage (fig 6). Additionally, in the listening test, the transcript is shown with the answers highlighted (fig 7).

While writing and speaking sections don’t include a score, the community can provide feedback on your essays. Alternatively, you can pay for professional feedback.
